We were present at the MARCA by BolognaFiere & ADM trade fair, which marked the start of the 2026 trade fair season!
It was an excellent opportunity to showcase our latest potato-based innovations ๐ฅ, to exchange ideas with our partners and to share many enriching moments.

On Wednesday, we inaugurated the natural gas network at the Pรฉronne site , carried out with Gazelec .
This is a key step to prepare for the start of production in March 2026 and to continue to move the project forward, in concrete terms.
This moment is above all the result of the work of many teams, both on the ground and in support, and of good collaboration with our local partners.

You have probably already crossed paths with him or seen him on our social media: Matthieu Lenglet , co-founder of Ecofrost France.
Like the Vervaeke family , Matthieu has his roots in the land . From a farming family , he grew up at the heart of the family farm, which he still manages today. It was there that his passion for potato farming was born ๐ฅ
His meeting with one of the founders of Ecofrost marked the beginning of the Ecofrost France adventure: a unique alliance between agricultural know-how , innovation and passion .

On July 1st, we will have the pleasure of welcoming Mathilde who will join the Logistics team as a Junior Logistics Analyst . She will be responsible, among other things, for analyzing data from various software programs such as Mapa and Dynaman in order to suggest improvements, implement them and monitor them .
๐ Mathilde lives in La Glanerie and has a double Master's degree ๐: one in Management and the other in Supply Chain .
๐ What made her want to join us? Mathilde was looking for a family-run, human-sized business in a dynamic environment, with projects that combine both reflection and action . Passionate about data analysis , her most significant professional experience was as Product Data Administration Manager at Bricoman, which she found particularly enriching.
๐งฉ Personality- wise, Mathilde is jovial , she always has a smile! ๐ She also describes herself as someone who is conscientious , rigorous and efficient. ๐
Outside of work , Mathilde is a competitive swimming coach. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ A handyman and jack-of-all-trades , she also really enjoys restoring furniture. ๐ช Finally, she loves to travel and discover new cultures. ๐
