It's the culmination of several years of work, now gradually coming to fruition, with a magnificent result. We also received very positive feedback from the potential client. Thank you all. ❤️

After several weeks of installation, testing and adjustments, our Ecofrost France factory is entering its final phase of preparation .

The machines are running, the potatoes are moving along the lines, and the teams are finalizing the last adjustments before the official launch!

Every detail is checked to ensure everything is ready in the coming days.

On Wednesday, we inaugurated the natural gas network at the Péronne site , carried out with Gazelec .

This is a key step to prepare for the start of production in March 2026 and to continue to move the project forward, in concrete terms.

This moment is above all the result of the work of many teams, both on the ground and in support, and of good collaboration with our local partners.

Like the Vervaeke family , Matthieu has his roots in the land . From a farming family , he grew up at the heart of the family farm, which he still manages today. It was there that his passion for potato farming was born 🥔

His meeting with one of the founders of Ecofrost marked the beginning of the Ecofrost France adventure: a unique alliance between agricultural know-how , innovation and passion .
