Without him, Ecofrost France would probably never have existed.
You have probably already crossed paths with him or seen him on our social media: Matthieu Lenglet , co-founder of Ecofrost France.
Like the Vervaeke family , Matthieu has his roots in the land . From a farming family , he grew up at the heart of the family farm, which he still manages today. It was there that his passion for potato farming was born 🥔
His meeting with one of the founders of Ecofrost marked the beginning of the Ecofrost France adventure: a unique alliance between agricultural know-how , innovation and passion .

We are looking for an HSE Manager to join our team and support the development of our Péronne site.
🔹 Your main tasks:
Define and implement the site's HSE policy
Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk prevention
Train and raise awareness among teams about best practices
To be a hands-on player, close to the teams, while also leading the HSE strategy
🔹 Desired profile:
Proven experience in HSE, ideally in the food processing or industrial sectors.
Ability to combine management and operational presence in the field
Team spirit, rigor and a sense of initiative

What a journey it's been!
The Ecofrost France project is nearing completion, and if this project has been able to come to fruition, it is thanks to the energy, mutual support and commitment of everyone involved.
For 18 months , 40 partner companies worked hand in hand to bring our new Péronne site to life. And behind this project, there is above all a wonderful human adventure, made up of solutions found together, challenges met, and shared pride.

On July 1st, we will have the pleasure of welcoming Mathilde who will join the Logistics team as a Junior Logistics Analyst . She will be responsible, among other things, for analyzing data from various software programs such as Mapa and Dynaman in order to suggest improvements, implement them and monitor them .
🏠 Mathilde lives in La Glanerie and has a double Master's degree 🎓: one in Management and the other in Supply Chain .
🌟 What made her want to join us? Mathilde was looking for a family-run, human-sized business in a dynamic environment, with projects that combine both reflection and action . Passionate about data analysis , her most significant professional experience was as Product Data Administration Manager at Bricoman, which she found particularly enriching.
🧩 Personality- wise, Mathilde is jovial , she always has a smile! 😁 She also describes herself as someone who is conscientious , rigorous and efficient. 🚀
Outside of work , Mathilde is a competitive swimming coach. 🏊🏻♀️ A handyman and jack-of-all-trades , she also really enjoys restoring furniture. 🪑 Finally, she loves to travel and discover new cultures. 🌏

The planting season is fast approaching and we have some great news to share with you! 📣 Many hectares are already planted and everything is going wonderfully. 🚜🌱 We have high expectations for the 2025 harvest, which promises to be busy and full of success! 🎉💪
We just need a little rain to give our young potato plants a boost 🌧️. Fingers crossed that Mother Nature will be on our side in the coming days 🤞.
You probably remember last year , a little more complicated with the shortage of plants ... Our farmers had to adapt by planting other varieties than usual. This year, it's something completely different! 🎉 They planted mainly Fontane and Challenger varieties, classics that we have been carefully processing for years. These potatoes are well known for their quality , and we are sure that they will do wonders for our products! 🥔
So we're getting ready for a crazy harvest, full of success and... fries galore ! 🍟✨
